On May 4, Changwon Special City in South Gyeongsang Province awarded appointment certificates to 19 new civil servants at the Citizen Hall in Changwon City Hall.

The newly appointed civil servants comprise 10 in administration, 4 in social welfare, 3 in nursing, 1 in broadcasting and telecommunications, and 1 rural guidance officer, making a total of 19 individuals across 5 job series. They will be assigned to the city's affiliated offices and local townships and neighborhoods, where they plan to carry out public administration to enhance citizen welfare.
The new civil servants who received their appointment certificates pledged, through the reading of an oath, to prioritize the rights and public interests of citizens as dedicated public servants, and to become honest officials who communicate with the public.
