Recruitment for "Manager Trainee" in Charge of Restaurant Operations
Korea McDonald's announced on May 4 that it will conduct an open recruitment for the restaurant management position of 'Manager Trainee'.
The 'Manager Trainee' position, which is the subject of recruitment, is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer management, sales management, quality control, and human resources management. Anyone can apply for this recruitment, and applications can be submitted through the Korea McDonald's recruitment website. The application period runs until May 17.

View original imageApplicants who pass the document screening will proceed to the first interview, followed by the second stage of on-site restaurant training, before final selection. The on-site restaurant training stage is designed to allow candidates to experience the actual work environment, thereby improving their understanding of the role, while also enabling a comprehensive assessment of their suitability for the position.
Final candidates will join the company in July and complete a practical training curriculum. Four months after joining, those who demonstrate strong performance will have the opportunity to be promoted to assistant manager, and can further expand their careers to positions such as restaurant manager or regional manager (OC) at the head office.
After joining, employees can participate in programs such as the Working Holiday, the nationwide Manager Convention, and the 'RGM Award' for outstanding employees.
