This recruitment will cover over 40 positions across six departments, including thermal management system research, robot development, planning, and sales. Applications will be accepted from May 6 (Wednesday) until the morning of May 19 (Tuesday), and the target applicants are graduates from four-year universities and students expected to graduate by August 2026.
Hyundai Wia will especially hire the largest number of talent in the “Integrated Thermal Management System (TMS)” sector, which has recently become a major focus of the company. Recruitment will take place across all related areas, including design, system development, testing, and business management.
In addition, with demand expected to grow, the company is recruiting for mobile robot and collaborative robot development positions, as well as global sales roles in the industrial robot field. This includes work related to promoting products such as parking robots and logistics robots, which were introduced at CES 2026 earlier this year, in the global market.
The company will also recruit a large number of researchers for future mobility parts. Hyundai Wia aims to develop world-class products such as integrated drive axles (IDA), high-performance dampers, and drive system controls to target the global automotive market.
Hyundai Wia plans to support the growth of new employees through digital-driven organizational culture innovation, such as the introduction of H-Chat, an AI tool by Hyundai Motor Group, as well as flexible work arrangements and a hot-desking system.
