Busan Bukbu Police Station announced on May 2 that a man in his 60s, identified as Mr. A, has been arrested and detained on charges of murdering a neighbor with whom he lived in a multi-family residence.
Mr. A underwent a warrant review by the court on the same day, and the court issued an arrest warrant citing concerns of flight risk.
