Korea Small Business Institute to Re-Announce 3rd Open Recruitment... "Measures in Place to Prevent Disadvantages for Applicants"
Supplementary Measures for Application Disruptions Due to Recruitment System Malfunction
Individual Guidance Provided to Previous Applicants
The Korea Small Business Institute announced on April 28 that it will re-announce the '2026 3rd Open Recruitment.'
This decision was made to prevent any disadvantage to applicants and to ensure the fairness of the recruitment process, following disruptions in application submission caused by a system malfunction that occurred in the morning on April 21.
The institute is currently providing individual guidance to applicants who have already submitted their applications. After confirming the applicants' intentions and relevant documents, the subsequent procedures will proceed. Applicants can either maintain their intention to apply with the previously submitted application or choose to submit a new application after the re-announcement.
The recent recruitment system malfunction occurred on the morning of April 21 due to external factors. The institute is currently working with relevant authorities to restore and stabilize the system.
To prevent recurrence, the institute plans to inspect the security system of the recruitment information system, update the emergency response manual, and gradually expand the backup system for the recruitment system.
