[Breaking] Trump: "Israel-Lebanon Ceasefire to Be Extended by 3 Weeks"
U.S. President Donald Trump announced on April 23 (local time) that Israel and Lebanon have agreed to extend their ceasefire by three weeks.
According to the Associated Press, President Trump said after talks held at the White House that the two countries had agreed to extend the ceasefire by three weeks.
He stated that the meeting between the ambassadors of both countries to the United States "went very well." This meeting was the second round of high-level talks between the two nations since last week.
