Hyundai Motor Company to Recruit Internship-to-Full-Time Positions for Students Starting April 24
Introduction of the 'One-Page Self-Introduction Letter'
Hyundai Motor Company announced on April 20 that it will be accepting applications for internship positions that may lead to full-time employment for current students from April 24 to May 8.
The company is recruiting for a total of 36 positions across four fields: research and development, production and manufacturing, business and planning, and management support. Anyone scheduled to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in August this year or February next year is eligible to apply.
Those selected as interns will participate in a three-week training program starting in July. After completing the internship evaluation process, successful candidates will be hired as regular employees in the second half of the year.
This year, Hyundai Motor Company is introducing a 'one-page self-introduction letter' for the first time in its internship program. Applicants can freely write about their strengths in their own style within a single page, without being restricted by a standardized format. This approach is designed to reduce the burden of preparing application documents for interns, while allowing the company to focus on each applicant's unique abilities and assess how they relate to the job requirements.
