Iranian Military: "Strengthening Forces During Ceasefire"... Emphasizes Speeding Up Missile and Drone Launcher Expansion
The Iranian military has stated that it is upgrading and replenishing its missile and drone launchers at a faster pace than before the war during the ceasefire period.
Majid Mousavi, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force, made this claim in an interview with Nour News on April 19 (local time), criticizing, "The enemies are well aware that they are incapable of creating such a situation themselves."
The United States and Israel have focused their attacks on launchers in an effort to neutralize Iran’s missile and drone capabilities, which are considered the core of Iranian power in the current conflict.
In response, Commander Mousavi said, "The enemies have been unable to sufficiently replenish their ammunition during the ceasefire," adding, "They are limited to bringing in only a small amount of ammunition from distant locations."
He further asserted, "The enemies have lost the initiative in this war," and claimed, "They have lost influence in the Strait of Hormuz, Lebanon, and the Middle East."
