SDT Signs Quantum Computing Resource Utilization Agreement with IonQ...Expands Comprehensive Cooperation
Providing Access to IonQ's Quantum Resources Through QuREKA
SDT, a company specializing in quantum technology, announced on the 16th that it has signed a resource utilization agreement with IonQ, a global quantum computing company, and will expand its comprehensive cooperation.
With this agreement, users of SDT's hybrid quantum cloud platform 'QuREKA' can now directly utilize IonQ's quantum resources within a single platform. Users can easily access IonQ's quantum systems in the QuREKA environment, enabling them to develop and test desired quantum algorithms and solve various industrial challenges.

SDT and IonQ plan to go beyond simple infrastructure connectivity to identify real-world application areas needed by customers and jointly develop models in which quantum computing can contribute to solving industrial problems. Through this, QuREKA is expected to evolve into an execution-oriented platform that not only connects global quantum resources but also creates real customer value and industrial applicability.
In the long term, discussions have also begun regarding the possibility of manufacturing-based collaboration in Korea. The two companies plan to continue discussions, leaving open the possibility of various collaborations in manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain connection based in Korea.
