Korea Electric Terminal to Acquire 100,000 Shares of Subsidiary KT International
Korea Electric Terminal Co., Ltd. announced on April 15 that it will acquire 100,000 shares of its subsidiary, KT International (tentative name), which is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of automotive parts, for approximately 38.3 billion won.
After the share acquisition, Korea Electric Terminal Co., Ltd.'s ownership stake in KT International will become 100%. The planned date for the share acquisition is May 8.
