Looking at the main pledges, Jung promised to establish the Seoul Tourism Innovation Committee and to reform regulations in the transportation and tourism sectors.
The policy also includes allowing foreigners to use the transportation system in Seoul freely with the cards they already use in their home countries. Additionally, Jung proposed upgrading the existing "Seoul Stay" system to accommodate long-term residents and lifestyle travelers. He also pledged to reorganize the functions of current exhibition and cultural (MICE) infrastructure and to establish five major cultural industry funds—covering food, clothing, shelter, arts, and leisure—to encourage domestic and international investment.
