HJ Shipbuilding & Construction Wins 349.7 Billion Won Beomcheon District 5 Redevelopment Project in Busan
HJ Shipbuilding & Construction announced on April 10 that it has won a construction contract worth approximately 349.7 billion won for the Beomcheon District 5 redevelopment and maintenance project in Busan.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's DART system on the same day, HJ Shipbuilding & Construction disclosed that it had secured the Beomcheon District 5 redevelopment and maintenance project in Busanjin-gu, Busan, valued at 349,662,914,726 won. This amount is equivalent to 17.49% of the company’s consolidated sales at the end of last year.

The construction period is 45 months from the actual groundbreaking date. HJ Shipbuilding & Construction will supply a total of 1,084 residential units in the area, consisting of eight buildings with four basement levels and up to 29 floors above ground.
