Xi S&D Secures 157.4 Billion Won Contract for New Apartment Complex Construction
Real estate comprehensive service provider Xi S&D has secured a contract for the construction of new apartment complexes worth 157.4 billion won.
On April 10, Xi S&D announced that it had received an order from Changhae Construction for the construction of apartment complexes in Block B2 of the Geomam Station Area for a total of 157,464,000,000 won. This amount is equivalent to 11.35% of the company’s revenue.

The contract period is set for 31 months starting from the actual commencement date of construction. Xi S&D will establish apartment complexes and neighborhood living facilities with three basement levels and 25 above-ground floors in Block B2 of the Geomam Station Area, Geomam-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
