BGF Retail announced on April 6 that its convenience store chain CU will be holding a 50% discount promotion on all ready-to-eat meal products, including lunchboxes, during breakfast hours and on weekends throughout April to ease the burden of meal costs in this era of high inflation.

View original imageThroughout April, all ready-to-eat meal products will be offered at a 50% discounted price (up to a discount limit of 5,000 won) when paid with Toss Face Pay between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. on weekdays. The same benefit (limited to once per day) is also available when paying with KakaoPay Money after scanning the Pocket CU membership QR code.
On weekends this month, customers can also receive a 50% discount (up to a discount limit of 5,000 won, limited to once per day) on all ready-to-eat meal products when paying with a BC Card or NongHyup Card after scanning the Pocket CU membership QR code.
Additionally, regardless of the day of the week, lunchboxes and gimbap are available at a 30% discount when paid with Naver Pay points or money, and sandwiches and salads are offered at a 40% discount when paid with KakaoPay Money.
To expand breakfast menu options, CU is also introducing two new varieties of 'getMorning Mini Gimbap': 'getMorning Katsuobushi Fishcake Mini Gimbap' and 'getMorning Chungmu Mini Gimbap.'
