Baltic Sea Oil Export Port Resumes Shipments After Halt Due to Ukrainian Attacks
Ust-Luga, a major Baltic Sea port in Russia, has resumed crude oil shipments after being halted due to drone attacks by Ukraine.
On the 5th (local time), Bloomberg News reported that "The Jewel," an Aframax-class vessel, recently began loading operations.
Ust-Luga, an oil export port in western Russia, had suspended shipments since late last month due to Ukrainian attacks on energy infrastructure. Previously, Ukraine has continued its attacks on Russia's Baltic Sea oil infrastructure. Facilities at the Primorsk port were also damaged in earlier incidents.
