With the recent growth of the semiconductor industry, there has been an active expansion of production facilities and new investments, which has led to increased demand for safety personnel at construction sites. This initiative aims to respond effectively to companies' workforce needs.
Going forward, the three organizations plan to provide smooth workforce support for workplaces that require safety personnel and offer job opportunities to middle-aged individuals who face difficulties in finding employment.
