Musinsa Launches Double-Digit Scale 'Special Beauty Recruitment' Drive
Securing Professional Talent Amid PB Beauty Growth
Recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and MD Roles Open Until April 17
On April 3, Musinsa announced that it will conduct a special recruitment drive to expand its business scale and secure professional talent in line with the growth of its beauty category.
This recruitment targets experienced professionals for key roles aimed at strengthening the beauty business, including domestic and overseas sales and marketing for beauty private brands (PB), retail merchandising, and offline beauty sales. The number of positions is in the double digits, and applications will be accepted through April 17.

Through this special recruitment, Musinsa aims to further strengthen its expertise in the beauty market and to establish a comprehensive beauty ecosystem spanning both online and offline, accelerating its transformation into a 'NEXT BEAUTY' platform.
The company is also expanding its retail workforce in line with its entry into the offline market. Musinsa is creating a large-scale beauty zone featuring more than 700 brands within the Musinsa Megastore Seongsu, targeting the offline market. In the second half of the year, the company also plans to open stand-alone beauty select shops in key commercial districts such as Seongsu and Hongdae in Seoul.
