"Black & White Chef" Star Eunyoung Park to Marry Doctor This Spring
Marriage News Announced on Variety Show "Please Take Care of My Refrigerator"
Chef Eunyoung Park, known as the "Goddess of Chinese Cuisine," is getting married at the age of 35.
According to sources in the broadcasting industry on March 30, Chef Park will tie the knot with her fiancé, a doctor, at the Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul, this spring.
The news of Chef Park's marriage was foreshadowed on the JTBC variety show "Please Take Care of My Refrigerator," which aired the previous day. During the broadcast, MC Sungjoo Kim announced, "There is a chef here who has some marriage news to share," sparking curiosity among the cast and viewers. Immediately after the show, speculation spread among viewers that Chef Park, one of the single cast members, would be the bride-to-be.
Chef Park gained prominence in 2024 when she appeared in Season 1 of the Netflix variety program "Black & White Chef: Culinary Class War" under the nickname "Goddess of Chinese Cuisine." She trained for over a decade in authentic Chinese cuisine under Master Chef Youngrae Yeo at Hongbogak, Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. Afterward, she worked as a sous-chef at a renowned restaurant in Hong Kong for a year, and last year, she opened and has been running her own restaurant.
