Arch Seoul Selected for Government Deep-Tech Program "Super Gap Startup 1000+"
Leveraging Original Secure QR Technology,
Emerging as a Next-Generation Payment Infrastructure Company
Arch Seoul Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Choi Yoomi and Park Se-hwan), a company specializing in dynamic secure QR-based payment and ordering infrastructure, has been officially selected for the "2026 Super Gap Startup 1000+ Project (DIPS)" hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Korea Startup Promotion Agency).
The "Super Gap Startup 1000+" is a national strategic program aimed at discovering and nurturing deep-tech startups with global competitiveness. Companies are selected through a rigorous evaluation process, focusing on the originality of technology, marketability, and potential for global expansion. Arch Seoul was chosen as a representative in the cybersecurity and network sector, with its project titled "Dynamic Secure QR Infrastructure for the Next-Generation Global Payment Market."
Arch Seoul possesses original technology for "Dynamic Secure QR," which overcomes the structural limitations of conventional static QR codes. This technology dynamically generates and automatically expires QR codes based on time, fundamentally preventing forgery and replication. In addition, users can scan the codes with a standard smartphone camera without needing to install a dedicated application, thereby ensuring accessibility for all users.
The company currently holds six registered domestic and international patents (including a U.S. patent) and approximately 50 patent applications. Based on this intellectual property, it has commercialized the in-store ordering and payment solution "HandOrder" and the secure QR solution "Qbile." These solutions are already in operation across various industries, including hotels, franchise businesses, and financial institutions.
Choi Yoomi, CEO of Arch Seoul, stated, "Dynamic Secure QR technology goes beyond simply evolving QR codes; it expands into an authentication infrastructure for payments that cannot be forged or tampered with. Being selected for the Super Gap Startup program validates both our technological excellence and marketability. Building on our domestic enterprise and public sector references, we plan to accelerate our entry into the global payment market."
