Sukkyoon Kang, Chairman of the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, reported assets totaling 2,226,330,000 won.
According to the '2026 Public Officials Regular Asset Change Report' released in the official gazette by the Government Public Officials Ethics Committee on March 26, Chairman Kang's assets amounted to 2,226,330,000 won, an increase of 339,820,000 won compared to January.
The value of the buildings owned by Chairman Kang totals 2,730,950,000 won. He jointly owns a Lotte Castle Classic apartment in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul (valued at 2,117,000,000 won) with his spouse and owns a neighborhood living facility in Sangnim-ri, Geochang-eup, Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam (valued at 613,950,000 won) under his spouse’s name. Due to changes in the official appraisal prices, the total value of the real estate increased by 232,080,000 won. Chairman Kang also reported owning land in Sabyong-ri, Gajo-myeon, Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam, including lots, fields, and forest land, totaling 47,200,000 won. Combined family deposits were reported at 66,839,000 won, while financial liabilities were reported at 625,910,000 won.
Tae Sik Lee, CEO of Korea Small & Medium Business Distribution Center (HanYooWon), reported total assets of 2,150,000,000 won, up by 494,850,000 won since January. CEO Lee reported 1,464,530,000 won in commercial buildings in Gomo-ri, Soho-eup, Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, apartment jeonse (long-term deposit lease) in Haengdang-dong, and his eldest son's apartment jeonse in Jayang-dong. CEO Lee stated that his deposits increased by 404,000,000 won last year due to receiving land compensation, but after reflecting a gift for his younger son's wedding (100,000,000 won) and paying an increased jeonse deposit (130,000,000 won), he now holds 818,610,000 won in deposits. Through salary savings, he has also increased his domestic and overseas stock holdings from 25,050,000 won to 60,290,000 won.
Young Jun Won, Chairman of the Korea Credit Guarantee Foundation (KODIT), reported assets totaling 2,041,590,000 won, an increase of 294,450,000 won compared to January. Chairman Won reported jointly owning a Central Xi apartment in Naeson-dong, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do (870,000,000 won) with his spouse, and family deposits totaling 857,650,000 won. He also reported land holdings of 211,970,000 won, including rice paddies and fields in Pungse-myeon, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungnam.
