Korea Sports Promotion Foundation to Host '2026 Sports Industry Job Fair'
'2026 Sports Industry Job Fair' to Be Held at COEX Hall C from March 26 to 28
One-on-One Personalized Consultations with No Waiting Time Through On-Site Reservation and Queuing System
The 2026 Sports Industry Job Fair, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister Choi Hwi-young) and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (Chairman Ha Hyungjoo), and co-organized by the Sports Industry Job Center and D3 Co., Ltd. (CEO Bok Seonghyeon), will be held for three days from Thursday, March 26 to Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Hall C of COEX.
This job fair will be held concurrently with the 2026 Seoul International Sports & Leisure Industry Show (SPOEX 2026), and will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It aims to create specialized employment opportunities in the sports industry and discover outstanding talent, with over 3,000 job seekers and numerous companies and institutions related to the sports sector expected to participate.
Anyone interested in working in the sports industry—including high school students, university students, and the general public—is welcome to participate freely.
This year's job fair is characterized by a significant enhancement of participant-focused, differentiated services.
First, there will be support for group buses and live YouTube broadcasts to bridge the regional gap in employment information. Considering the difficulties faced by students living outside the Seoul metropolitan area in attending large-scale recruitment events, group buses will be provided for students from regional universities, and key programs will be streamed online via YouTube Live. This initiative aims to provide equal access to employment information for all students, regardless of location.
Second, the fair will feature an 'AI-Zone' where participants can experience AI-based recruitment environments. Reflecting the growing trend of AI interviews and AI competency assessments in corporate hiring, the AI-Zone is designed to allow attendees to try out AI-based tools actually used in recruitment processes and to prepare accordingly. This is expected to help participants respond more effectively to the evolving recruitment landscape.
Third, the introduction of D3 Co., Ltd.'s on-site reservation and queuing system, as a co-organizer, will enable efficient and systematic event management. Participants will be able to have one-on-one consultations with their desired companies or institutions without waiting times. This is anticipated to provide young people seeking careers in the sports industry with practical opportunities for career planning.
The job fair features seven themed zones: the Sports Companies Zone, the Public & Association Zone, the Current Employees Mentoring Zone, the Employment Support Zone, the Special Lectures Zone, the Side Events Zone, and the Event Zone. Participants can take advantage of a one-stop service, ranging from access to recruitment information to career consulting, all on-site.
In particular, a job mentoring program will be offered, featuring current professionals from various fields such as sports administration, media, and marketing, providing participants with firsthand industry insights and practical employment strategies.
Additionally, a variety of special lecture programs will be available on topics such as employment strategies for public sports institutions, corporate recruitment briefings, and mock interviews, supporting participants in deepening their understanding of areas of interest and in clarifying their job preparation strategies.
An official from the job fair commented, "Through this fair, job seekers interested in the sports industry will be able to clarify their career paths and gain real employment opportunities. We will do our utmost to ensure that everyone has access to high-quality employment information and can prepare for future recruitment environments, through differentiated services such as group bus support for students from regional areas, operation of the AI-Zone, and the on-site reservation and queuing system."
