Contract inquiries continue to increase
KCC Engineering & Construction is currently conducting first-come, first-served contracts for "Daejeon Leve Switzen," which is being built in Daehung-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.
Daejeon Leve Switzen previously recorded the highest competition rate in Jung-gu, Daejeon at the time of sale, with a peak competition ratio of 33 to 1 by type during the first-priority subscription. Following this strong demand, contracts have continued steadily, and the project is now close to being completely sold out. Most residential types are already closed, and the remaining units—mainly those that became available due to ineligibility—are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
These first-come, first-served contracts are being carried out at the Daejeon Leve Switzen model house. Anyone 19 years of age or older can sign a contract, regardless of subscription bankbook status, homeownership, or re-winning restrictions. This presents a rare opportunity to move into a prime location in central Daejeon, and buyers can choose their preferred building, floor, and orientation.
Additionally, a flat-rate first down payment of KRW 5 million and a contract deposit of 5% apply, and resale is possible before occupancy. The contract safety guarantee system is applied, so even if the sale conditions change in the future, the same terms will be retroactively applied—an important point to note.
In particular, this complex is considered a beneficiary of the recently launched construction of Urban Railway Line 2. On March 3, 2026, the Daejeon city government announced that, starting this month, the main construction work for the remaining five sections of Urban Railway Line 2 would begin, and all 14 sections of the main line would enter tram construction.
Once the Line 2 tram construction is completed, this development will become a double station area complex, served by both Daeheung Station on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 1 and the planned Line 2. In addition, the area boasts excellent transport infrastructure, including the Gyeongbu Expressway, Daejeon South Ring Expressway, Honam Expressway Branch, and Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway. Access is also convenient to Daejeon Station KTX/SRT and the planned Chungcheong Metropolitan Railway.
The complex is adjacent to Daeheung Elementary School, as well as prestigious schools with high academic achievement in the area, such as Daejeon Middle and High Schools, Daejeon Girls’ Middle School, and Saint Mary's Girls’ High School. There are also a variety of commercial facilities nearby, including Costco, Homeplus, NC Department Store, Jungangno Underground Shopping Mall, and Jungang Market, as well as major medical facilities like The Catholic University of Korea Daejeon St. Mary’s Hospital and Chungnam National University Hospital, and administrative institutions such as Jung-gu Office.
Various landmark infrastructures that represent Daejeon are also concentrated in this area. Daejeon Baseball Dream Park is located right across from the complex, and Eunhaeng-dong Culture Street, home to the main branch of Sung Sim Dang, one of Daejeon's largest commercial districts, is also nearby.
The floor plans, befitting the Switzen brand value, are also noteworthy. The exclusive 59㎡A type offers a spacious 3-bay flat structure, while the exclusive 59㎡B type features an LDK layout with the living room, dining room, and kitchen arranged in a row, as well as a corridor pantry design.
