People Power Party's Daegu Mayoral Candidate Lee Jaeman Appoints Keimyung University Student Paik Junyoung as Support Committee Chairman
Lee Jaeman, the People Power Party's preliminary candidate for Daegu mayor, has appointed Paik Junyoung, a student at Keimyung University in Daegu, as the chairman of his support committee. By selecting a young person in their 20s from Daegu, rather than a politician or religious figure, Lee plans to actively incorporate the voices of youth into actual administration and politics.
On March 22, Lee Jaeman's campaign announced that Paik Junyoung, a senior in the Department of Civil Engineering at Keimyung University, will serve as the chairman of the support committee for Lee Jaeman in the upcoming local elections scheduled for June 3. Paik, a young man in his 20s who was born and raised in Daegu, recently met Lee during a campaign event in Gyo-dong, Daegu, declared his support, and decided to take on the role of support committee chairman.

Lee Jaeman emphasized, "The role of the support committee chairman goes beyond fundraising; it is a symbolic position that represents the candidate's pledges and policies," and added, "I will support various policies so that the 2030 generation in Daegu can pursue their future without worrying about jobs or housing."
