YESBEE Completes Global Business Structure Transition... Declares 2026 as Inaugural Year of Global Expansion
Selected as Strategic Partner by Japan's Don Quijote
K-Beauty Brand Incubation Program Officially Launched
YESBEE, a global integrated K-beauty distribution and logistics platform company, has completed its transition from a China-centric business structure to a global sales base and has declared 2026 as the inaugural year for its global business expansion.
Until 2023, YESBEE grew its business with a sales structure focused on the Chinese and Hong Kong markets. However, in order to proactively respond to changes in the global market environment, the company has undertaken a restructuring of its overseas subsidiaries and a realignment of its business portfolio.
During this process, YESBEE streamlined certain overseas subsidiaries, including those in China and Hong Kong, and took conservative accounting measures such as writing down inventory assets intended for China, focusing on strengthening its financial soundness. Following the improvement of its business structure, YESBEE stated, "We have moved away from a Japan-centric sales structure and successfully diversified our revenue streams into global markets such as Southeast Asia and North America. As a result, the volume of orders from countries other than Japan increased by more than 60% year-on-year, transforming the company into a global platform enterprise. Driven by these changes, we have recorded an average annual sales growth rate of over 40% over the past three years and achieved operating profit, establishing a stable profit base."
In addition, YESBEE is recognized for having established a more stable corporate management system from 2025 onwards by securing asset stability through equity investments in affiliates and enhancing business synergies.
In particular, YESBEE recently entered into a strategic partnership with Japan’s major retail channel Don Quijote and has officially launched a K-beauty brand incubation program. Through this program, the company selects two to three promising brands each month to support their entry into the Japanese market, while simultaneously conducting local offline distribution tests and marketing validation. The company has designated the Japanese market as a key hub for its global expansion and is actively pursuing an integrated platform strategy encompassing distribution, marketing, and logistics.
Looking ahead, YESBEE plans to strengthen its foundation for sustainable growth by expanding into the North American and European markets, establishing global logistics hubs, and advancing AI-based commerce operations.
