Gyeonggi Province will recruit 1,200 participants for the "Gyeonggi-do Nurilgihoe Travel" program, which provides free travel support for tourism-vulnerable groups, from March 23 to April 10, 2026.
The Gyeonggi-do Nurilgihoe Travel program offers travel opportunities to residents who face economic or physical barriers that make travel difficult.
The program features same-day group tours that combine meals and experiences, covering not only Gyeonggi Province but also nearby regions. Selected participants can choose their preferred itinerary from the prepared travel packages and enjoy the trip.
Eligible applicants include basic livelihood security recipients, the near-poor, single-parent families, and persons with disabilities, in accordance with the standards set by the Enforcement Decree of the Tourism Promotion Act.
The recruitment quota is as follows: 350 participants from low-income households, 350 from single-parent families, and 500 persons with disabilities and their companions, totaling 1,200 participants.
Residents who wish to participate can apply through the Gyeonggi-do Nurilgihoe Travel website (www.ggitour.net). Applications can also be submitted by fax or mail, with details available in the notices section of the Gyeonggi Tourism Association website (www.gta.or.kr).
