Eastar Jet Announces Public Recruitment for New Cabin Crew Members
Applications Open from March 16 to 22
Enhanced Focus on Situational Response and Physical Fitness Evaluation
Eastar Jet announced on March 16 that it will conduct its first public recruitment of cabin crew members this year. The company plans to hire around 50 new crew members, in line with its plans to introduce new aircraft and expand routes.
The selection process will begin with a document screening, followed by a situational response interview, a physical fitness test, an executive interview, and a medical examination. Final candidates will join the company as trainee cabin crew members after May. The situational response interview will assess how applicants handle hypothetical situations, while the physical fitness test will include a long-distance run and back strength measurement, as well as a decibel measurement to evaluate emergency response capabilities onboard.
Applicants who majored in nursing or hold related certifications will receive extra points, and those with proficiency in foreign languages such as Japanese and Chinese will be given preference. Applications can be submitted through the Eastar Jet recruitment website from 10:00 a.m. on March 16 until March 22. There are no age restrictions.
