Dong-Eui Science University Lifelong Education Center Completes 2nd Class of Park Golf Professional & Instructor Training Program

The Department of Lifelong Education at Dong-Eui Science University (President Kim Youngdo) announced on March 13 that it had successfully completed the 2nd class of the Park Golf Culture Academy's "Park Golf Professional & Park Golf Instructor Training Program," which was held from January 15 to February 26 to promote community sports and foster professional instructors.
This program was conducted over a total of 12 sessions and produced 19 graduates. The training combined theory with practical exercises, and on-site, practice-oriented education was provided at the Seokdang Culture Hall and Changjo Hall (indoor golf practice facility) of Dong-Eui Science University, as well as at the Jeonpo 1 Reservoir Park Golf Course, to further strengthen instructional capabilities.
The curriculum focused on practical training, covering the fundamentals of park golf theory, game rules, teaching methodology, and hands-on skills, thereby enhancing both professionalism and the ability to apply knowledge in real situations.
The graduates are expected to contribute to the spread of sports culture in the community by serving as park golf instructors and leaders in community sports activities.
Kim Taekyung, Director of the Department of Lifelong Education at Dong-Eui Science University, stated, "Park golf is a sport that can be easily enjoyed by people of all ages, and training professional instructors is extremely important. We will continue to run specialized, demand-oriented programs to further improve the quality of lifelong education."

The Department of Lifelong Education at Dong-Eui Science University plans to sequentially launch the Park Golf Level 1 program and the 3rd class of the Park Golf Culture Academy, and will continue to expand the training of park golf instructors through the operation of specialized and systematic educational programs.
