On this day, NH Investment & Securities initiated coverage of GS P&L with a 'Buy' rating and a target price of 74,000 won. Lee Hwajeong, a researcher at NH Investment & Securities, stated, "We expect strong earnings growth based on leverage, driven by the growth in average daily rate (ADR) thanks to an efficient hotel portfolio and the normalization of operations at The Westin Seoul." She added, "Given that there is potential for further upward revision of earnings estimates after confirming the pace of ADR growth, there is also ample room for an increase in the target price."
