Since 2019, KB Kookmin Bank has been providing a service that allows users to access financial tasks such as inquiries and transfers directly within the system, without the need for separate internet banking access, by linking with "Customs ERP CL-FMS," the customs clearance and logistics funds management system provided by OpsNetworks for customs brokerage offices.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate on API development and the launch of customer-facing services, joint planning of advertising and marketing, and platform collaboration to provide data-linked financial services.
Additionally, they plan to collaborate by integrating their systems to advance export and import payment processes and to launch specialized non-face-to-face financial products tailored for customs brokers.
