View original imageIn this format, when the police catch a robber and send them to the "Jail Zone," participants must solve a speed quiz about CJ’s vision and core values, as well as CJ Logistics’ business and organizational culture, in order to escape. After each round, the team with more surviving members wins, and a prize will be given to the winning team to boost participants’ competitive spirit and immersion.
Participants will not only build camaraderie, but also gain indirect experience of the teamwork and communication skills necessary for actual work. They will also naturally absorb information about CJ Logistics’ business and recruitment. For participants to enjoy during breaks, snack trucks, a photo zone, and an event zone will be set up in the outdoor area.
After the "Cops and Robbers" game, a "Rotation Briefing Session" will be held, offering practical advice and real-life insights from current employees. Applicants will rotate through each job function table for 20 minutes, engaging in small-group Q&A sessions with employees working in the respective recruitment fields.
In particular, a variety of employees from sales, operations, business management, and planning will be on hand to provide applicants with deeper and more diverse information about each role.
Applications can be submitted until the 10th via the CJ Logistics recruitment website and Instagram account. Final confirmation of attendance will be individually notified on the 11th.
Additionally, a campus recruitment fair will be held at nine major universities nationwide through the 10th. Starting with Seoul National University, Sogang University, and Hanyang University on the 3rd, followed by Yonsei University and KAIST on the 4th, Korea University and POSTECH on the 5th, Sungkyunkwan University on the 6th, and Ewha Womans University on the 10th, CJ Logistics plans to broaden its connection with prospective logistics talent through this fair.
