At around 6:14 a.m. on March 1, a fire broke out on the 13th floor of a 15-story apartment building in Gayang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

The fire authorities dispatched 25 vehicles and 83 personnel, and the blaze was fully extinguished 54 minutes after it started, at approximately 7:08 a.m. The exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are under investigation.
