Held on Blood Donation Bus in Front of GS Tower Headquarters
Dujjonku Souvenirs Also Provided
GS Global announced that on the 11th it held a "Blood Donation Campaign for Sharing Life" at its headquarters in GS Tower in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, to help stabilize the blood supply and promote a culture of sharing life.
The event was organized to support medical sites struggling with blood shortages in the winter season and to spread the value of sharing life. Employees, including Kim Sungwon, CEO of GS Global, voluntarily took part, and the campaign was conducted on a blood donation bus set up by the Korean Red Cross in front of the GS Tower headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul.
Blood donation is a life-sharing activity that provides the most direct help to patients in need of transfusions, and a single blood donation can, through component separation, benefit up to three patients.
Employees who participated in the blood donation received a blood donation certificate, as well as small gifts such as coffee coupons and "Dujjonku (Dubai Jjondeuk Cookie)."
In addition to blood donation, GS Global is actively putting the spirit of caring for neighbors into practice through various social contribution programs, including support for marginalized groups and sponsorship of high school scholarships.
