Social networking service (SNS) data analytics company Featuring announced on the 9th that it has launched a new "Content Tracking" feature that enables users to monitor performance trends of social media content.
Content Tracking is a feature that automates SNS content monitoring across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. It provides performance trend data for influencer content, including followers, views, comments, and shares. By setting conditions such as keywords, collection rules, and periods for each influencer list, users can track performance indicators for up to 500 accounts.
Featuring has been focusing on feature updates to resolve the practical challenges faced by on-site marketing managers. As demand has grown for quickly detecting hidden posts after ad spending, changes in competitors' SNS content performance, and trends in specific keywords, the company introduced the Content Tracking feature to support these needs effectively.
Previously, after running influencer collaboration campaigns, marketing managers had to periodically visit each influencer's SNS account and manually check reactions to posts in order to understand quantitative performance metrics. With the launch of this new feature, they can now intuitively see the status of specific content on a single screen and receive email alerts about any changes.
