Beyond Shopping to Culture and Leisure... SSG.com Launches Baseball Ticket Reservation Service
Ticket Reservation Agency Contract with SSG Landers for the 2026 Season
Service to Expand Across Cultural Content Including Performances and Exhibitions
SSG.com announced on February 9 that it will launch an entertainment ticket reservation service next month.
As its first step, SSG.com has signed an agency contract with the professional baseball team SSG Landers for ticket reservations for the 2026 season. By building an environment where fans can book SSG Landers tickets on SSG.com, the company aims to expand contact points with new customers and strengthen its platform competitiveness.
The ticket reservation service will introduce a mixed booking function that allows customers to pay for seats of different grades in a single transaction. It will also sort game schedule information in the latest order and streamline the reservation process to enhance user convenience.
SSG.com expects a "fountain effect," in which fans who visit the site to reserve tickets naturally flow into its shopping services. To this end, SSG.com plans to promote various marketing campaigns that link its grocery shopping service with attending baseball games, in collaboration with the team.
