Hanwha Construction Division and POSCO E&C announced on the 6th that they will open the model house for "Forena The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station" in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, and begin full-scale sales.
Forena The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station is a complex created through the redevelopment of the area around Sangincheon Elementary School at 311-1 Ganseok-dong, and is a large-scale complex with a total of 2,568 households. It consists of 24 buildings with 4 basement floors and up to 35 above-ground floors, of which 735 households will be supplied for general sale.

View original imageThe complex is considered to have the advantage of convenient transportation access. Residents can walk to Incheon City Hall Station, an interchange station for Incheon Subway Lines 1 and 2, and to Ganseok Ogeori Station on Line 1, and can access the 1st and 2nd Ring Expressways of the Seoul Metropolitan Area and the Second Gyeongin Expressway via Gyeongin-ro. As the GTX-B line is scheduled to open near Incheon City Hall Station in the future, accessibility to major business districts in Seoul, such as Seoul Station and Yeouido, is also expected to improve.
The complex is also equipped with educational and living infrastructure nearby. Within a 1 km radius of the complex, there are many schools, including Sangincheon Middle School, Sinmyeong Girls' High School, and Inje High School, as well as the Guwol-dong private education district. In addition, large shopping and medical facilities and major administrative institutions such as Incheon City Hall are adjacent. Near the complex, Ewha Children's Park, other children's parks and small parks, and a central park approximately 3.9 km in length have been created, allowing residents to enjoy green infrastructure in the middle of the city.
Community facilities include a golf practice range, screen golf, and a Pilates studio. Specialized spaces for childcare, such as a kids' book house, study rooms, and a kids' cafe, are also planned. Facilities such as private offices and studios will be provided in consideration of residents' work environments.
The complex also features a differentiated interior design. The living room maximizes openness through a tray ceiling design, and creates a sophisticated interior atmosphere with "Forena Edgelook," which applies an integrated design to wiring devices. In addition, the smart home platform "Homeniq" has been introduced to build a smart residential environment. Customized products designed for residents' convenience, such as storage cabinets for robot vacuum cleaners and an electric louver system, will also be introduced. Some items will be offered as paid options.
The sales schedule begins with special supply on the 9th, followed by application submissions for first-priority and second-priority subscriptions on the 10th and 11th, respectively. Winners will be announced on the 20th. Legitimate contract signing will take place over three days from the 3rd to the 5th of next month. Eligibility for first-priority subscription is granted to those who, as of the date of the resident recruitment announcement, are at least 19 years old and reside in Incheon Metropolitan City or in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (Seoul and Gyeonggi Province).
