Busan Veterans Affairs Office Holds Lunar New Year "Moduae Bohunbapsang"...A Warm Meal for Veterans' Families
Collaboration with Busan Briquette Bank...慰問 for About 60 National Merit Awardees and Staff Participation in Meal Service Volunteering
The Busan Regional Veterans Affairs Office (Commissioner Lee Namil) held a consolation event called "Moduae Bohunbapsang" on February 3, together with the Busan Briquette Bank (CEO Kang Jeongchil), to share a warm meal with veterans' families in celebration of the Lunar New Year holiday.
At the event, the Busan Briquette Bank provided a special Lunar New Year meal to about 60 veterans' family members, including national merit awardees. Employees of the Busan Regional Veterans Affairs Office personally took part in serving food as volunteers, putting active administration into practice and adding to the spirit of sharing. In addition, they contributed to welfare support for veterans' families by delivering to the Busan Briquette Bank funds that had been raised through the voluntary participation of staff members.
