HD Hyundai Oilbank announced on February 3 that it will officially reopen the redesigned Bonus Card homepage on February 5. For this renewal, the company completely overhauled the UI (user interface) with customer convenience as the top priority, focusing on delivering personalized information for each customer and key details related to premium products in a simpler and more intuitive way.
The main screen of the newly revamped homepage has been reorganized around menus that customers use most frequently, such as point usage history, fueling performance, and point redemption locations. This enhances usability by allowing customers to see key information at a glance.
In addition, information on premium brand products such as Carzen, Ultra Carzen, and Ultra Diesel is placed prominently so that customers can intuitively check product features and benefits, as well as the gas stations where they can be purchased. Various ongoing events are also organized by period, eligibility, and benefits, enabling customers to find the information they need more quickly.
A representative from HD Hyundai Oilbank said, "This homepage renewal is a strategic overhaul aimed at elevating the customer experience on our digital channels, while more effectively promoting our premium fuels and core services," adding, "We will continue to strengthen customer touchpoints through the Bonus Card homepage going forward."
