Samhwa Paint's Operating Profit Halved Last Year: "High Exchange Rates Reduced Earnings"
Sales of 617 Billion Won, Operating Profit of 9.5 Billion Won
Samhwa Paint's operating profit last year was cut in half compared to the previous year.
On February 2, Samhwa Paint announced that its consolidated annual operating profit for 2025 was 9.5 billion won, a decrease of 49.7% from the previous year.
During the same period, revenue fell by 1.8% to 617 billion won, while net profit declined by 49.7% to 7.8 billion won.
Due to a downturn in the construction sector and the overall industry, sales saw a slight decrease, and the continued high exchange rate environment led to a significant drop in operating profit.
