The corporation will offer four types of connected banknotes: the 1,000-won, 5,000-won, 10,000-won, and 50,000-won denominations. Among these, the two-sided 50,000-won banknote recorded a competition ratio of 2.2 to 1 when it was first released in 2024.
The sales prices for the connected banknotes are as follows: 8,100 won per set for the 1,000-won note, 18,400 won per set for the 5,000-won note, 30,100 won per set for the 10,000-won note, and 116,600 won per set for the 50,000-won note. Purchases can be made through the corporation's online mall, and delivery will be completed within two weeks after payment is received.
The maximum quantity per person has been increased from five to ten sets. This is the same standard applied to previous limited sales of the connected banknote 1,000-won sheet and the 16-sided 5,000-won banknote.
The corporation emphasized that the connected banknotes can serve as a special New Year's gift of cash for Seollal.
