Airoute is experiencing a sharp rise following news that the company will enter the next-generation financial infrastructure stablecoin market.
As of 9:20 a.m. on February 2, Airoute was trading at 2,210 won, up 30.00% (510 won) from the previous trading day.
On this day, Airoute announced that it had passed the preliminary review for stablecoin issuance and settlement business by the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA), the regulatory body of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).

Starting from this preliminary review, Airoute plans to proceed with the main review process to obtain a license to issue its own US dollar (USD)-based stablecoin. Leveraging the payment infrastructure secured through its recent acquisition of an electronic payment gateway company, Airoute intends to launch a global payment platform and a cross-border remittance and settlement platform, while advancing its stablecoin-based financial business model through collaboration with global companies.
