The meeting was attended by 10 young representatives, including university students, job seekers, entrepreneurs, military officers, and non-commissioned officers, who were selected through the "Future Leaders Camp" program.
The participants shared their views on a range of topics, including the structural challenges of youth employment; the need to expand opportunities for startups and global advancement in connection with large corporations and platforms; issues related to military service conditions and declining morale; calls for greater attention to out-of-system youth; and the expansion of the business community’s social role.
In particular, there was a strong call for expanding support for young people outside the policy framework who are in blind spots of the system.

Chairman Ryu stated, "If we fail to include marginalized youth and adolescents outside the system, it will be difficult to expect sustainable growth or future competitiveness. We will focus on implementing programs for re-engagement and social reintegration for isolated future generations who are outside the system, such as out-of-school youth and young people not in employment, education, or training, who are currently in policy blind spots."
