Amid the recent craze for "Dubai Jjondeuk Cookie," the stock price of Heungkuk FNB, a cafe total solution company supplying key ingredients such as pistachios, has surged.
As of 10:17 a.m. on January 29, Heungkuk FNB was trading at 2,015 won, up 465 won (30%) from the previous trading day.
Heungkuk FNB announced on this day that it would expand the supply of raw materials used in Dubai Jjondeuk Cookie. Dubai Jjondeuk Cookie is a Middle Eastern-style dessert containing pistachios, kadaif, and marshmallows, and its popularity is spreading through social networking services (SNS).
Heungkuk FNB is currently manufacturing pistachio spread products at its Eumseong plant in North Chungcheong Province to respond to ongoing instability in the supply of raw materials due to the Dubai Jjondeuk Cookie craze.

In addition, the company plans to directly import pistachio nuts, kadaif, and marshmallows used in Dubai Jjondeuk Cookie from overseas partners. These ingredients are scheduled to arrive in Korea next month.
