The agreement was signed at Eco IT’s headquarters on January 23, 2026. This strategic partnership aims to substantially advance the level of safety management at industrial sites by combining Mithril’s industry-specific vision and multimodal AI technologies with Eco IT’s expertise in building enterprise IT and SAP-based systems. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on several fronts: joint promotion of industrial safety AI solutions, expanding the integration of Mithril’s industrial safety AI solution ‘Guardian-Alpha’ into enterprise IT environments, linking with SAP-based AX and DX systems, and jointly exploring and marketing in domestic and global markets.
In particular, the collaboration was reviewed with a focus on the business feasibility and applicability of AI safety technologies that can be practically deployed in industrial settings. The emphasis is on building an industrial safety DX model that transforms the entire field operation system, going beyond simple technology adoption.
Mithril has developed and operated on-site AI safety solutions that comprehensively recognize worker behavior, risk situations, and environmental context, based on real data accumulated from numerous high-risk industrial sites. Through this partnership, Mithril aims to organically connect its core technologies with enterprise-wide systems, thereby expanding the application scope of industrial safety AI from the field level to the organizational and system-wide level.
Jo Jeonghyun, CEO of Mithril, stated, “This agreement marks a turning point where industrial safety AI becomes a core part of enterprise operations, not just a monitoring technology. Through our collaboration with Eco IT, we will further advance ‘Guardian-Alpha’ as an effective, field-oriented safety management platform and develop an industrial safety AI model capable of proactively managing accidents.”
Hong Seongho, CEO of Eco IT, emphasized, “Industrial safety AI must be integrated across the entire enterprise operation system, not just as a standalone solution, to deliver sustainable results. Centered on Mithril’s AI technology, we will expand into a differentiated industrial safety AI platform by linking with enterprise IT and SAP-based systems.”
