Dongseo University Holds 2025 Second Half Performance Exchange Meeting for Secondary Battery Bootcamp Project
Advanced Industry Talent Training Bootcamp Project Group Hosts Event
Dongseo University (President Jang Jeguk) reviewed the achievements of its "Secondary Battery Bootcamp Project" and explored future operational strategies.
The Advanced Industry Talent Training Bootcamp Project Group at Dongseo University announced on January 22 that it recently held the "Dongseo University Secondary Battery Bootcamp Project 2025 Second Half Performance Exchange Meeting" at Lotte Hotel Busan to share achievements and discuss future cooperation measures.
This performance exchange meeting was co-hosted by the Ministry of Education, the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT), and Busan Metropolitan City. Participating companies and Dongseo University students attended the event to assess the bootcamp's operational achievements, which have been jointly promoted by the university and industry, and to discuss future cooperation strategies.

Participants reviewed the outcomes of the curriculum and field-linked achievements, and exchanged opinions on training talent to meet changing industry demands.
The Advanced Industry Talent Training Bootcamp Project Group at Dongseo University operates short-term, intensive programs that reflect workforce needs from the industrial field into the curriculum, aiming to foster core talent in the secondary battery sector. Along with curriculum operation, the program also supports employment connections and entrepreneurship.
This project is being carried out with financial support totaling 8.2 billion KRW over five years, starting in 2024, funded by the Ministry of Education, the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, and Busan Metropolitan City.
