Fashion platform W Concept announced on January 8 that it will unveil its revamped membership tier system, "W Membership."
The most significant change in W Membership is the addition of exclusive benefits for each tier. Customers in the top-tier "W SIGNATURE," who have accumulated at least 1.5 million points in their membership score over the past six months, will receive invitations to cultural and artistic performances each season.

View original imageTo kick off the program, 550 W SIGNATURE customers will be selected by lottery this month to receive two tickets each to the musical "Kinky Boots." Additionally, within the first quarter, W Concept plans to introduce more external partnership benefits for customers with W BEST tier or higher.
Customer participation events will also be held through the end of this month. One winner from each membership tier, for a total of four winners, will be selected by lottery to receive 5 million points each, which can be used like cash in the W Concept app. In addition, a secret coupon of up to 7% will be issued simply for visiting the membership renewal notice page.
W Concept aims to strengthen core customer benefits through the overhaul of its membership tier system. The criteria for determining customer tiers will now combine purchase records and activity points, so a variety of in-app activities-such as daily check-ins and watching short-form videos-will be counted toward cumulative points. Through this approach, the company plans to increase customer engagement and app usage time, thereby enhancing the app's competitiveness.
