View original imageOn January 2, Hanwha Vision announced that for network products manufactured after January 1, 2026, the warranty period-including free repairs-will be expanded from the previous 3 to 4 years to 5 years. Previously, the company applied a 3-year warranty for general network products and a 4-year warranty for products developed through large and small business cooperation, but now both categories will uniformly receive a 5-year warranty.
The products covered include network cameras and storage devices. However, some items such as hard disk drives (HDDs), consumables, and limited-lifespan materials are excluded from the warranty extension.
A 5-year warranty period is the highest standard in the domestic video security market. With this change, Hanwha Vision customers are expected to operate their security systems more reliably and reduce maintenance costs.
Hanwha Vision's products have maintained a global average after-sales service rate of less than 0.5% over five years. The company provides prompt and accurate service through 26 designated service centers nationwide. At the call center, engineers who have completed specialized training offer technical consultations and remote inspections.
