[Today's New Release] "Montes ID Cabernet Sauvignon" ... "World's First Launch"
Embodying the Philosophy and Identity of "Montes"
Naracella announced on December 18 that it is launching the new "Montes ID Cabernet Sauvignon," a premium wine from the Chilean winery Montes, in Korea.
The product name "ID" stands for "Identity," and this wine embodies the philosophy and identity that Montes has pursued. Inspired by the "traces" left by moments, people, and choices, this new release symbolically reflects Montes' direction for both the present and future of Chilean wine. The label features a design modeled after the actual fingerprint of Aurelio Montes, the founder of Montes, visually expressing the brand's craftsmanship and identity.
Montes ID Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Syrah. It offers aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as cherry and cassis, complemented by fresh tobacco and graphite notes. Toasty aromas from barrel aging are harmoniously balanced, while delicate notes of milk caramel and dried fruit unfold subtly. The wine is characterized by soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.

It pairs well with a variety of foods including cheese, lamb chops, and red meats. While enjoyable immediately, it is also highly regarded for its potential to age for at least 10 years. The new product will be available at Costco locations nationwide.
