A total of 12 winning entries were selected through a three-stage review process that included evaluations by the responsible department, expert assessments, and online reactions. Despite intense competition, the city received the Grand Prize for its creative planning and high level of completion.
The entry submitted by the city, titled "I'm Electronic Notification, You're Paper Notification," was produced through collaboration between the Taxation Division and the Citizen Communication Division. The head of the Taxation Division and staff members appeared in the video themselves, humorously contrasting the methods of local tax notification. The work received high marks in all evaluation categories, including relevance to the theme, creativity, and effectiveness of delivery.
