Dynamic Design Secures Global Client Orders... Accelerates Production Synergy with New Indonesian Plant
Dynamic Design, a company specializing in tire molds, is accelerating its strategy to expand beyond Southeast Asia and into the global market, leveraging the success of securing large-scale projects from global clients at its Korean headquarters and strengthening the production competitiveness of its Indonesian subsidiary.
The Korean headquarters announced on December 11 that it has recently secured a bulk order of 250 sets from a global tire manufacturer, as well as new projects totaling 63 specifications and 63 sets. In particular, the company explained that for the 63-specification, 63-set project, there is the potential for an additional order of approximately 100 sets beyond the current contract volume.
These projects are being fully produced at the Korean headquarters' precision mold production line and have become a core business that sustains the company's global competitiveness, focusing on the supply of high value-added molds.
Meanwhile, the new Cirebon plant in Indonesia has quickly established itself as a dedicated production base for the Southeast Asian market, securing initial orders from local manufacturers such as Gajah Tunggal and Elang Perdana since operations began in 2025. The company plans to solidify its presence in the Southeast Asian market through its Indonesian subsidiary and then gradually expand its production and supply capabilities to global regions, including India and the Middle East. Through this strategy, the Indonesian subsidiary is expected to grow into Dynamic Design's key global production hub in the long term.
At the same time, the Bandung Program Center is strengthening its role as a core organization driving the company's global technological competitiveness. The center is working to fully internalize the headquarters' technical standards locally, aiming to independently complete 100% of the production and inspection drawings, as well as customer-requested drawings, needed at all production sites in Korea, Romania, and Indonesia. Starting in 2026, a significant portion of design work based on customer requirements will be handled directly in Indonesia, which is expected to greatly improve the speed and flexibility of responding to global projects.
Currently, the Indonesian subsidiary employs about 250 local staff, more than 20% of whom have completed production, quality, and technical training at the Korean headquarters.
The company plans to hire an additional 210 employees and expand its facilities by 2026 to establish a production system capable of meeting the needs of not only Southeast Asian but also global clients.
Based on this expansion of personnel and facilities and the standardization of processes, the company has set a mid- to long-term goal of reducing global cost ratios by more than 6% by 2030. The strategy is to clarify the division of roles among production bases and to advance the localization and automation of design and verification functions, thereby simultaneously improving cost structures and enhancing profitability.
