Gyeonggi Research Institute Donates Over 200 Books to Yemiji Small Library in Hwaseong
The Gyeonggi Research Institute recently donated over 200 books to support the promotion of a reading culture in the local community and the operation of small libraries.
On December 9, the Gyeonggi Research Institute announced that it had donated books to the Yemiji Small Library, located in Bibong-myeon, Hwaseong City, which is scheduled to open in the first half of next year.
During a recent reorganization of its archives, the Gyeonggi Research Institute decided not to discard the books but to give back to society. After inquiring with Uijeongbu, Suwon, and Hwaseong cities about underserved library areas in newly developed residential districts, the institute made this decision.
